Breakwater Surf Club (aka. Breakwater Home Owner's Association) is a private residence community comprising 59 single family homes, situated at the entry point to the famous Fort Lauderdale Inlet (The "Yachting Capital of the World").

It is not a "member's club". Individuals / entities can not join. Facilities, services and functions are for the exclusive use of the homeowners.

Breakwater is one of several associations and affiliations that comprise the neighborhood community of the southern Fort Lauderdale beach area (Harbour Isles, Harbour Inlet, and Harbour Beach).
